United for Yes is the campaign to restore reproductive freedom and privacy in Idaho by passing Proposition 1 (the Reproductive Freedom and Privacy Act). This initiative restores the standard we had in Idaho for nearly 50 years and ends Idaho's extreme trigger ban.

Idaho’s trigger ban went into effect in 2022 and has had dangerous consequences, leading to women being life-flighted out of state for miscarriage care, forcing obstetricians out-of-state under threat of criminal penalties, and taking decision-making out of the hands of women, their families, and their doctors and putting it into the hands of the government.

Idahoans United for Women & Families is trying to end this ban via a citizens ballot initiative called the Reproductive Freedom and Privacy Act, which will be on the November ballot as Proposition 1.
